SRF (Thailand) and AQUAFIL Engineering GmbH (Germany) have completed and started a new polycondensation plant in Thailand. The plant is using the unique and newest AQUAFIL PET film technology and reached excellent quality and nominal capacity after a few days. The plant has lowest building and erection costs due to AQUAFIL LBT® and the world “fastest” technology for film line speed due to AQUAFIL DFC®. Additionally it has the lowest environmental impact due to low utility consumption and the usage of a part of the AQUAFIL EverPET® recycling technology.
The platform hosts a wealth of information about sustainability and circularity to strengthen brand and consumer knowledge. The e-shop will host a range of global brands using ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon. For the first time, products made from ECONYL® are available all in one place, and can be filtered by their sustainability values.
Mr. Dr. Dirk Karasiak was appointed as Senator to the Berlin/Brandenburg State Economic Senate of BVMW. This appointment was made in recognition of his active and successful development work in the German medium-sized economy.
